How do I get started opening my account?

Easy! Send us a request asking to open your personal trust account to info@michaelcharlesgroup.com. We will promptly send a personalized contract for your review. All you need to do is submit your signed copy with your initial deposit.

How do I know my funds are safe?

Michael Charles Group is a bonded corporation with all funds being held in federally insured accounts. Our standard contracts specify this. Your security is our security.

Is there a time limit on my account?


No, Michael Charles Group offers services based on your needs. For example if your planning on a surrogacy experience, your account stays active until your agency or representative closes your account at the end of your surrogacy program.

Are their hidden fees?


None, your account set up fee is the only thing you will ever pay unless you chose specialized services that are referred to in your contract.

Why don’t you charge me for every check like other companies?

Because it our core philosophy to protect our clients and their assets, not find a reason to line the company coffers. Ongoing check fees consume our time, paper, and resources that can be better directed to helping clients with their individual needs.

What happens with my remaining funds when I close my account?


All funds in your account that are not issued out are returned to you upon account closure.
